1. Purpose

These General Terms govern the commercial relationship between Pyrovolt and its customers for the supply of energy infrastructure equipment, systems and services (EV chargers, BESS and medium-voltage equipment).

2. Contract formation

Contracts are formed through a technical proposal or quotation accepted in writing by the customer. Website information is for guidance and does not constitute a binding offer.

3. Prices and payment terms

Prices are set in each commercial proposal. Unless otherwise stated, they exclude VAT, transport, installation and commissioning. Payment terms are specified in each contract.

4. Delivery and lead times

Delivery times are estimates and may depend on manufacturing and supply-chain availability. Pyrovolt is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

5. Warranties

Pyrovolt equipment carries a manufacturer warranty under each product’s specific terms. It covers manufacturing defects, excluding damage from misuse, incorrect installation or external factors.

6. Limitation of liability

Pyrovolt is not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or data loss arising from use or misuse of its equipment. Its maximum liability is limited to the value of the relevant contract.

7. Intellectual property

All supplied software, firmware, technical documentation and designs belong to Pyrovolt or its licensors. The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are submitted to the courts with jurisdiction over Pyrovolt’s registered address.
