Before choosing your plan.

Are repairs and spare parts included?

Essential and Care do not automatically include repairs or spare parts. Performance expressly defines the covered interventions, parts and limits.

Is there 24/7 support or a guaranteed response time?

Service hours and response commitments are defined in each installation's contract.

Can you maintain equipment from other brands?

The proposal focuses on Pyrovolt equipment. Other equipment requires a prior assessment of technical access, documentation and spare parts availability.
